These terms cover use of this website and the quote process. Quotes and estimates. Prices shown on this site are typical ranges for Volusia County properties, not offers. A quote becomes firm only after we review the property details and confirm it in writing. Final pricing depends on linear footage, roof height and type, tree and palm count, and the design you approve. Scheduling. Install dates are assigned in the order jobs are booked and confirmed. Weather, and in particular high wind or lightning, can move a scheduled date. We reschedule to the next available window when that happens. What is included. Unless your written quote says otherwise, a seasonal package includes design, materials, installation, maintenance during the season, removal in January, and off-season storage. Lights and materials remain the property of the installing contractor. Property access and condition. You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and for disclosing conditions that affect the work, such as fragile tile, damaged fascia, unsafe wiring, or pets on site. We do not perform electrical work that requires a licensed electrical contractor. HOA and permits. Where a homeowners association or property manager restricts holiday lighting, obtaining approval is the responsibility of the property owner. We will work within written guidelines you provide. Cancellations. Let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellation terms, deposits, and any restocking or trip charges are stated in your written quote. Website content.
