Volusia Christmas Lights

Commercial Holiday Lighting for Volusia County Businesses, HOAs, and Communities

Large two-story property at night with lit garland on arches and balconies and multiple lit trees

We design and install commercial holiday lighting across Volusia County for storefronts, restaurants, office parks, hotels, dealerships, HOA entrances, and community common areas. Displays are quoted per property, installed outside business hours when needed, maintained all season, and removed and stored in January.

Who this is for

Retail centers and standalone storefronts that want to look open and worth stopping at after dark. Restaurants where the patio and entry do most of the selling in December. Office parks and professional buildings that want a presence without a production. Churches, hotels, condo towers along A1A, and car dealerships on the Nova Road and International Speedway Boulevard corridors, where visibility from the road is the entire point. And homeowners associations, which are their own category and are covered below.

What a commercial package includes

Every commercial quote starts with a site walk, because frontage, access, power, and height decide most of the cost and none of them can be judged from a photo. From there a package covers design for the property, commercial-grade materials sized to the building, installation by an insured crew scheduled around your business hours, maintenance for the full season with an agreed response window, removal in January, and off-season storage of the display. Properties that want the same look every year benefit from multi-year pricing, since the design and materials already exist after the first season.

HOA entrances and community lighting

Community lighting runs on a different calendar than retail. Boards approve budgets months ahead, and the decision usually gets made by a committee that wants to see what it is buying before it votes. We quote entrance monuments, gatehouses, clubhouse buildings, and common-area trees and palms as one package, and we can provide a design and a fixed price a board can put in front of residents. Communities across Port Orange, Ormond Beach, and DeLand tend to start these conversations in September and early October. Some communities also want a resident-facing option, where homeowners inside the community can book their own homes at a neighborhood rate. That can be arranged alongside the common-area contract.

The districts we work

Beach Street and the Riverfront in Daytona Beach. Flagler Avenue and Canal Street in New Smyrna Beach. Granada Boulevard in Ormond Beach. Dunlawton Avenue in Port Orange. Woodland Boulevard and the historic downtown in DeLand. The Nova Road and International Speedway Boulevard commercial corridors. These districts share a problem worth naming: a single lit storefront in a dark block looks great, and a single dark storefront in a lit block looks closed. Businesses on these streets often coordinate, and we are happy to quote several neighboring properties together.

How commercial quoting works

Commercial displays are priced per property rather than from a table, because a 40-foot storefront and a five-building office park are not variations of the same job. The quote accounts for total frontage, building height and what access equipment it requires, whether install has to happen after close or before open, how quickly a repair needs to happen during the season, and whether the property wants a repeatable design or something new each year. Smaller storefronts often land near the top of the residential range. Entrances, multi-building properties, and anything requiring lifts price above it. The cost guide explains the drivers in more detail.

Timing for commercial work

Start earlier than a homeowner would. September and early October is the right window for commercial and HOA properties, for three reasons: the design and approval process takes longer, boards and owners often need a quote in hand before a budget cycle closes, and the install itself takes longer to schedule when it has to happen outside business hours. Properties that want lights on for the day after Thanksgiving should have a signed quote by the end of October.

Common questions

Yes. Retail and restaurant installs are routinely scheduled before opening or after close so nothing blocks an entrance during business hours. Say so when you request the quote and the schedule gets built around it.
